Job Title: Junior Financial Planning Administrator

Location: Birmingham (B17), UK 

Salary Range: Up to £28,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Benefits:

  • 5% pension contribution.
  • 3 times salary death in service (DIS) benefit.
  • Discretionary annual bonus.
  • Exam support, including payment for relevant regulatory exams (ROs).
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working policy (up to 2 days a week at home after the initial settling in period).

As a Junior Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our client-focused initiatives and have the opportunity to progress into more technical / client-facing roles. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prioritise and coordinate client servicing activities, including booking review meetings.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to develop administrative and financial planning expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills are essential.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients.
  • Prior experience as a PA would potentially be advantageous 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team.
  • Eagerness to learn and progress in the financial planning sector.

Progression:

The initial focus will be on administration, with a clear pathway for progression into a technical / advisory role later down the line. You will have existing, experienced team members to lean on and help nurture your development.
