An opportunity for an Associate has opened with a leading International firm based in the heart of the City of London. The Partners are seeking someone with high quality Intellectual Property and Technology legal experience.

The Role

This leading IP and Tech practice require a 2 – 4 PQE Associate. You will have expertise in IP and Tech, and more specifically experience in IT Cybersecurity and Privacy would be ideal.

The successful hire needs to have a strong technical background and possess the ability to run technology projects for clients independently.

Any experience in government agencies such as GC HQ or other relevant organisations would be a big advantage.

To be considered the firm are looking for candidates that have a strong legal background in US/Magic/Silver Circle or comparable International law firms ranked high in the Top 50.

This department have won numerous awards and gained recognition across the globe as the go to leader for their work in Cybersecurity, IP and Technology. For this reason you will have the opportunity to work on publications and attend key meetings & events focused on relevant industry topics.


  • 2 -4 PQE Intellectual Property and Technology Associate
  • Must have experience in the London market (or very similar common law jurisdiction)
  • Experience in IT, Cybersecurity and Tech is essential. Additionally, any expertise acting for government organisations would be preferable but not essential.
  • Must have a strong education background
  • Due to the nature of the work its important candidates have a willingness and ability to keep abreast of market changes to regulations and industry developments
