Insurance Broker Development Manager
You will be joining an established Insurer with offices throughout the country. They have strategic plans to grow and are looking for the right candidate to help facilitate this. The culture is close knit and friendly, but professional and hardworking and aims to deliver a fantastic service for their clients.
We are looking for a highly driven individual who has the skillset to be a successful Broker Development Manager. Your role will make use of both your trading and technical skills and would be a great fit for those who are confident in their ability to be able to manage accounts, ensure a great customer journey and have the skills to generate new business. You will be rewarded with a stable role with a company that treat their staff extremely well and have ambitious plans to grow. The company are prepared to equip the successful candidate with the correct tools to get the most out of their working day. You will be covering the North half of England and will be visiting brokers anywhere between Birmingham and Scotland. You will be handed a number of accounts to manage and be expected to generate new business from lapsed and new brokers.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- A proven background in Sales within the insurance industry
- Strong Account Management experience
- Commercial Insurance knowledge
- A Driving licence as UK wide travel is needed
- The ability to build rapport with customers
