Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in account management and the ability to drive new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay current on industry trends and market changes to best serve clients
- Experience within insurance account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 22 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) – This will increase over time.
