Insurance Administrator/Client Co-ordinator
We are working on behalf of a reputable insurance broker who are growing their healthcare department and seek a candidate Employee Benefit / Group Risk experience.
This is a great role within an emerging team whereby there is lots of positive change happening and opportunity to develop into management as the team grows.
You will be the first point of contact to provide clients with professional support and accurate information with regards to their employee benefits. You will manage and prioritise relationships both internally and externally.
You will get involved with a wide range of account management responsibilities including renewals, market review accounts, membership data and claims.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Group Risk experience would be beneficial- (group life assurance / death in service, group income protection and group critical illness)
Insurance broking experience is essential for this position if you do not have experience in Group Risk.
Customer facing / customer service experience
Good administration and organisational experience
