Job Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as IFA Administrators. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisors and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. We are open to considering candidates with or without industry experience, with a strong emphasis on attitude and tech-savviness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
- Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
