The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join a well-respected financial planning practice based in Billericay.
The IFA Administrator role will involve working closely with the existing team to support the company directors and advisers. The successful candidate will be provided with a broad exposure to financial planning matters, a competitive salary and benefits package within a small and friendly firm.
The role is paying up to £32,000 and has free parking on site. Office attendance is preferred however flexibility on this can be discussed.
IFA Administrator responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all client information is correctly recorded onto the back office system
- Processing of new business
- Chasing providers and liaising with platforms
- Booking in meetings and assisting Advisers with ad hoc responsibilities
- Producing valuations and carrying out reviews
- Answering and dealing with client queries
- New client administration
What is needed for me to be considered?
- Experience as an IFA Administrator within an IFA/Financial Planning firm is essential
- Experience using back office systems
- Experience liaising with a range of providers
- Able to demonstrate a good understanding of Financial Planning products, as well as technical and industry knowledge
- Corporate/Commercial client knowledge (e.g. Group Schemes) preferable but not essential
