IFA Administrator £25K – £35K – Brighton

Responsibilities:

– Provide comprehensive administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in managing client relationships and financial portfolios.

– Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation, including applications, forms, and contracts.

– Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

– Handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

– Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless client experiences.

 

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably supporting IFAs or financial advisers.

– Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and client communication.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

– Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
