Job Title: Part-Time IFA Administrator
Location: Birmingham (B26), (Office-Based)
Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible scheduling, minimum 16 hours)
Salary: £13 per hour
Annual Salary (FTE): £25,350
Holidays: 15 days plus Bank Holidays
A growing wealth management business is currently seeking a Part-Time IFA Administrator to join their support team. This position is based in the Solihull office and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to independent financial advisers
- Assist in client communications and documentation
- Maintain accurate and organised client records
- Handle general office tasks, including phone and email correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
The existing adviser team has accumulated over 30 years of experience in financial services. The practice, based on a client-focused approach, specialises in a wide range of financial planning services, including pensions, investments, tax planning, life assurance, and more.
