Heat Human Resources is currently partnering a leading Lancashire based business to recruit a HR Business Partner, this is a permanent position paying between £35,000 and £40,000 per year.
The Organization is looking for someone who can become a key business partner to their stakeholders, offering advice on best practice as well as delivering a seamless Employee Journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear understanding of the structural and organizational needs of the business and deliver a centric – people plan which drives the ambitious vision
- Coach Heads of Departments to identify employee learning and career aspirations and agree on effective development plans
- Support in identifying and maximizing potential and drivee development through succession planning and individual development planning
- Embed a strong performance management culture and processes
- Facilitate quarterly appraisal meetings
- Be the subject matter expert on change, people, skills and ways of working
- Provide specialist advice and instruction on employee relations issues in line with policy
- Foster high levels off employee engagement including team building events
- Drive consistency in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future needs
The suitable candidate for this role will be used to working in a fast paced commercial enterprise, you will be used to managing multiple and demanding difficult stakeholders. You will be a leader and change agent in helping drive the People Agenda
