Household Insurance Account Handler
Our client is an established and highly successful Insurance Broker near Plymouth is looking to add a Personal Lines Household Account Handler to their team. They have an impressive attrition rate with their staff and offer career progression and support qualification pursuit.
You will work in a busy insurance team looking to assess and discuss the client’s insurance requirements with them. You will then look to secure them a competitive and comprehensive cover via liaising with underwriters and utilising the schemes available and present and secure your clients custom.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- The ideal candidate will have previous insurance experience of dealing with new and existing business clients. This is a very busy department and is 99% telephone based role. They must have good keyboard skills and excellent telephone manner and be able to prioritise and multi-task.
- You will need to have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
