Home Emergency Adviser
A leading provider of Home Emergency Assistance who represent a number of brands are now looking to add empathetic Customer Service Advisers to their team in Croydon.
If you are currently working in a Customer Service environment, whether that be in retail or an office environment, then this could be the next challenge that you are looking for.
You will be working a shift pattern, which does involve nightshifts after 6 months based on an 8 week rota, to provide a high level of service to the end user when they have a home emergency in line with their Insurance Policy coverage.
You will act as the First Notification with the customer so you will be required to take down a lot of information both efficiently and accurately to enable to deal with the situation adhering to company SLA’s.
Although this role does require you do work a shift pattern, which will include weekends and bank holidays, this will also present you with the opportunity to increase your earnings.
