Recruiter Managing This Role

Head of Sales 60-65k + 20% non-contractual OTE + car package.  
Our client are an award-winning FM service provider to national customers each day. They provide essential facilities and compliance services within soft FM and delivery multi service lines in house, without any subcontractor involvement.

The role of Head of Sales is key to the company’s growth success plans for 2024 and beyond. As such you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the company’s strategic sales and marketing plans within your assigned exclusive territory, and managing a team of Sales managers, who oversee their own target and those of their BDM’s.

Your skill set and time will require you to dedicate 90% of your time managing your people– and 10% of your time dedicated to strategic market opportunities – this activity may come from networking with prospect customers, referrals and group customer acquisition. You will ultimately be responsible for the Sales team’s overall profitability and headcount growth.

Your overarching responsibilities may include supporting National/Facilities Management customers via the National Account Managers and the development and strengthening of the business’s marketing team. Numerous stakeholder engagement initiatives will also need to be considered as the business diversifies in general in 2024 and beyond.
 

Base – circa 65k plus bonus, plus car package, plus – Benefits- 25 days holiday + bank holidays – longer term options to step up to board level.

Your remit will broadly be to oversee development and execution of territory business plans  for your people that will grow the business. You will be a strong leader, relationship builder, influencer, creative thinker, and you will above all else be driven by results.

We’d also like you to have;
Knowledge within compliance solutions/Health and Safety, but it not essential at all. Some Facilities Management Sales experience broadly in soft FM is the only real prerequisite.
