A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Marketing extraordinaire to join a National Financial Planning firm with an exceptional reputation. This is an important role within the firm where the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing brand strategy and monitoring the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.

The Role:

  • Ownership of all marketing projects and initiatives
  • Develop, coach and manage the Marketing team, ensure marketing objectives are achieved 
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to devise an effective brand and marketing strategy
  • Carryout competitor analysis to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine trends
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Develop M.I and monthly reports on all marketing activities to the Sales & Marketing Director  
  • Work closely with the Adviser Relationship Managers and other stakeholder to build and implement an effective marketing strategy
  • Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all media channels, including seminars, events, campaigns, web pages and promotional material
  • Ability to present and represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Enhance social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Work closely with the Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential ideally from a competitor or company operating in a similar market
  • Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications
  • An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams
  • Ideally degree qualified and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • Drive and ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
  • Proven ability in project and stakeholder management
