Head of Claims Operations
We are working on behalf of a leading and growing insurance company who have a fantastic reputation in their specialist areas.
They are looking to recruit a senior leadership professional to help support continued growth and enable them to develop their business further.
This is a fantastic position within a great company that will provide the successful candidate with a pivotal role.
Your day to day will be varied and exciting consisting of managing delivery of the agreed service metrics with the Operations Managers, dealing with continuous improvement projects, reporting on performance and attending quality and governance meetings.
You will be able to help shape the culture of the business and will be a key member of a business that is always looking for ways to improve.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
You will need to have strong leadership, process and people and change management experience
You will have a good knowledge of insurance and in particular the claims process
Management of cross-functional projects and commercial awareness of business benefits and risks
