FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst

Are you an experienced FP&A Analyst based in Dubai or looking to relocate? Here’s a role for you! 

You will play a key role in providing financial insights and support to various business units, ensuring that management has the tools necessary to make data-driven decisions. The position involves preparing financial forecasts, analysing key performance metrics, and helping drive improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Analyse variances between actuals and forecasted financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing processes, providing analysis on key variances.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting of financial performance, key business metrics, and KPIs.
• Prepare business cases for new projects and provide recommendations based on financial performance metrics
• Conduct detailed financial analysis for capital investment projects, assessing feasibility, return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and net present value (NPV)

Requirements: 

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA CFA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 2-4 years post qualification experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting roles, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems e.g., Dynamics 365 is considered advantageous, but not essential.
• Excellent Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) and proficiency in other data analysis tools.
