A Chartered Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Chester is seeking a motivated Financial Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IFA practice and an interest in developing towards a Paraplanner role over time.

Key responsibilities
-
Process new business for investments, pensions, mortgages, and life products
-
Manage client servicing tasks such as switches, withdrawals, and rebalances
-
Handle policy enquiries and updates
-
Provide administrative support including call handling, post, and greeting clients
-
Support advisers with accurate and timely documentation
Skills and experience required
-
Experience within an Independent Financial Adviser practice
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Excellent organisation and time management
-
Effective communication and teamwork skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-
Experience using Intelliflo (IO) and platforms such as Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon is an advantage
