We are now recruiting for an award winning and expanding Waste management business. This business turn over 100m+ and are expanding imminently across the UK to create a national Sales empire. As a Field Sales Team Manager in West, North and South Yorkshire you will be managing a regional Sales team of circa 6 staff- base to 45k plus a 5k car allowance and OTE circa 30k.
Our client are a family run award winning business with have a network of offices and depots across major cities in Yorkshire, the North West and the South, and are expanding further due to continued inward investment. This is a new role, joining a growing team. This business have a host of stand out names as clients – the likes of Kelloggs, San Carlo group, NHS, Cross Country Trains, American Golf, JW Lees pubs, any more. They have been on the BBC and ITV for their innovation and growth trajectory, and are cleaning up at award ceremonies.
They have tangible USP’s. For the Field Sales Team Manager role – you will need to be a proven Sales leader and real ambassador for results – perhaps you are already leading and want a new challenge, or perhaps you are in a Senior Sales role and want to formally manage people. This business are looking to double in size over the next 5 years and are expanding further North, and further South. As such there are tangible development opportunities.
