A top Legal 500 National law firm has an opening in Bristol for an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum 4 years PQE (no upper limit). The Senior Employment Solicitor joining the team will need to be ambitious, driven and keen to bring on new clients and work. There is existing work at the firm that will be passed across, but the Heads of Department are looking to give someone full autonomy (with support ready whenever it is needed) to build up a client portfolio and over the long term, develop a team around them. The firm are looking to invest in the new hire significantly.
You will need to be capable of giving Employment law advice for both employer and employee matters, and the role will be a good mix of contentious and non-contentious work. There will also be an expectation to handle any related advocacy.
