You will be working for a longstanding and well-respected law firm with a strong presence with multiple offices. This client is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to work across a wide range of interesting work.
They are offering a great base salary with a strong benefits package including pension, life insurance and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contentious and Non-contentious Employment issues
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal claims
- Reviewing and drafting Employment Contracts, including directors’ service agreements
- Advising on Redundancy/Restructure, TUPE and Termination of Employment
- Advising on Dismissal procedures
- Advising on Settlement agreements, including director exit packages
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- 0-2 PQE
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
