A West End law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a junior Employment Solicitor.
You will join a L500 ranked firm and work directly alongside a Partner. The caseload will primarily be respondent focused and you will advise on the full spectrum of employment matters: tribunal litigation, general advisory as well as corporate support.
The firm in question are stable, supportive and progressive, and enable their lawyers to maintain a good work life balance. Their hybrid working policy requires 60% attendance.
This role lends itself to a Lawyer looking to moved to a London-based employment practice, downsize from a City firm, or perhaps just move laterally in order to join more of a commercial practice.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Be a UK qualified Solicitor with between 1-4 PQE
- Possess proven PQE within a respondent/employer focused employment team
