£26,000 – £31,000 (depending on experience)

A long-standing Wealth Management client of ours, is once again expanding their team in the Manchester City Centre offices. This time it is their Employee Benefits department, with a need for 2x Administrators to join the division.

Whilst experience in the market is preferred, they are open to strong admin backgrounds from the likes of Insurance and Protection, as well as Pensions / Investments.

Employee Benefits Administrator tasks:

  • Be the key point of  contact for clients and customers
  • Liaise with clients
  • Process New Business
  • Issue Letters of Authority
  • Secure quotations and present the results to Advisers
  • Renewals & Switches (mid-term)
  • Process Group Risk claims

Employee Benefits Administrator requirements:

  • Experience in either Group Risk / Employee Benefits / Private Medical / Insurance / Protection is preferred
  • Strong admin background within Financial Services / Wealth / Insurance
  • Commutable distance to the Manchester City Centre office (Hybrid working 3 days in the office a week)

Employee Benefits Administrator benefits:

  • £26,000 – 31.000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office. 2 days from home
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Life Insurance, PMI, Pension,
  • Profit Sharing
