Customer Success Lead / Automation / UK / Remote / Permanent / EU
Location – Remote (EU based applicants only)
Salary – £70, 000 plus Bonuses (Depending on Experience)
I am lucky enough to be working with an Automation consultancy who are looking to hire a Customer Success Lead on a permanent basis. You will need experience in BPO, GBS or SSC to be considered for this role.
Customer Success Lead Specification:
- Lead the customer success initiative, in partnership with the SLT.
- Experience with Automation customer success
- Assess and refine the customer success program.
- Partner closely with the Sales organisation to understand the opportunities and gaps in driving success at clients’ customers.
- Create and maintain the data and reporting framework to measure the key KPIs for customer success.
- Support a targeted set of customers in driving success, thereby also informing the strategy and roadmap for Customer success.
- Proven experience in Customer Success in the technology/automation industry
- Good strategic thinking skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong analytical ability, comfort in manipulating data
- Stakeholder management experience and experience of influencing stakeholders
- Project management skills and experience of delivering transformation. Connector of dots and a collaborator who can work across teams and function.
- Driven, enthusiastic professional who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a can do attitude.
