Customer Service Advisor – Roadside Assistance
A leading provider of roadside assistance who represent a number of brands are now looking to add empathetic Customer Service Advisers to their team in Croydon.
If you are currently working in a Customer Service environment, whether that be in retail or an office environment, then this could be the next challenge that you are looking for.
You will be working a shift pattern, which does involve nightshifts based on an 8 week rota, to provide a high level of service to the end user when their vehicle has broken down. With these vehicles being newly purchased you will need to demonstrate a high level of empathy to the customer, when they will be frustrated, with the ability to gain all of the information required from the customer in order to help them in a timely and efficient manner.
Although this role does require you do work a shift pattern, which will include weekends and bank holidays, this will also present you with the opportunity to increase your earnings.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Previous experience in a customer service capacity

- The ability to gain and input accurate information to help the customer
