We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor at a reputable company. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance on products and services offered by the company
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and driving customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about the company’s product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with company standards
  • Handle customer feedback and escalations with professionalism and a commitment to finding satisfactory resolutions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role, with a strong preference for experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns

 

  • A positive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

 

  • Commitment to upholding high standards of customer service and representing the company in a professional manner

 

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus

 

  • A commitment to work towards a minimum qualification of Cert CII

 

  • Insurance experience desirable
