The growth of our client’s Birminfham office is high on the agenda and as a result an opportunity has become available for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor. All experience post qualified experience levels will be considered.
The Opportunity:
This is a chance for a Corporate Solicitor to assist a diverse client portfolio ranging from FTSE 100 firms, financial institutions, SME’s and entrepreneurs.
In this role, you will be immersed and valued quickly. Whilst managing your own caseload you will also be given scope to drive new business activity. Your ability to build trusting relationships with your clients and gain an appreciation of their challenges will offer you the grounds to creatively provide solutions.
This will be an outstanding opportunity to build and enhance experience within mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures amongst many other related matters.
