A highly successful IFA Practice with offices in Norwich and Ipswich are looking to bring in a Corporate Service Trainee Advisor into their growing team.
The role entails Initially phase one is to work closely with both the Senior Administrator and the Corporate Services Director to gain experience, knowledge and a better understanding of the technical aspects of the Workplace Pension and Employee Benefit industry and to fully understand our services, proposition and the employee benefit market. This will include undertaking administrative functions and a support role to assist the team.
After initial training, phase two the purpose of the role to develop is to build on what has already been learnt so the role holder can deal with both internal and external queries from all levels (CEOs to employees), build professional working relationships with clients, prospects, providers and introducers, via the telephone, email and face to face. To remain client focused at all times and ensure all client information is accurate and maintained.
What's needed for the role?
- Desire to challenge processes, make recommendations, and present own ideas/changes with justification of doing so
- Strong time management skills with great organisation and prioritisation of own workload
- Relevant Financial Services qualifications will be advantageous
- Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards would be desirable.
