Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Due to continued success and expansion our client are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor to join their Corporate Commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity to further strengthen an existing Corporate Commercial caseload of local and national clients.
Within the role you will also be actively encouraged to work openly and collaboratively with other professionals including Accountants, Financial Advisors, Surveyors and financial institutions.
As the successful candidate you will be dealing directly with the business owners and decision makers. Therefore you will be supported to strive towards being a trusted business advisor, spending time getting to know your clients and their businesses, so that you can deliver a bespoke tailored service.
Our client believe in investing in their staff and therefor offer a tailored career structure and appraisal scheme. The success of this is evident with many of their Partners and Equity Partners having started with them as Trainees or junior lawyers.
In addition, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays.
What’s Needed to be considered?
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 2 years PQE)
- Have experience of working in a Corporate Commercial department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues
- Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge
