Responsibilities:
The team’s work is exceptionally varied, a unique array of commercial work that set the department apart in the Kent region. The firm engage in corporate banking, financial transactions, asset management, share restructuring, and general commercial contract work, offering a comprehensive range.
The client base continues to expand, comprising local, national, and international companies. The firm have earned a reputation within the sustainable and renewable energy sector, particularly in waste-to-energy initiatives. This role extends to transactions and contracts of both national and international significance, meaning the firm work in opposition to some of the UK’s largest law firms.
Requirements:
- Be a qualified Solicitor up to 5 years’ PQE, with experience of corporate or commercial work, or both.
- Be looking for an opportunity to learn about sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and SMEs.
