A forward thinking high street practice seek a Conveyancing Paralegal/junior fee earner to join their established and expanding conveyancing department.
Working in a team you will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others. You will have the support of senior Lawyers as you look to take the next step in your career.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Have prior conveyancing experience of working in a property department, either as an Assistant, Secretary, Paralegal or fee earner
- Ability to handle your own caseload – essential
- Be undertaking or have completed the LPC – desirable not essential
