This is a unique opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary to work directly under the Conveyancing Partner in a well regarded Residential Property team. You will be dealing with a range of matters including but not limited to Supply Quotes to clients/Agents, deal with files once contracts have exchanged including slips on our accounts package, dealing with files up to completion, liaising with land registry and a few other matters. The role is designed to be interesting and challenging.
What is needed for me to be considered?
- You will need to have considerable and very recent experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary
- Your technical knowledge in Conveyancing will need to be very accurate and you will need to be able to demonstrate this at an interview
- The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team and be able to show a genuine enthusiasm towards Conveyancing
