You will work within a progressive and expanding residential property department working directly underneath Partners, Solicitor and fee earners. Their work will be varied to cover all aspects of the Conveyancing process and you will assist with their caseload. This includes but is not limited to: dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; re-mortgages; new builds; transfers of equity; applying for searches and submitting AP1’s; deeds of variations; extensions; preparing completion statements and invoices; and liaising with clients across of multitude of platforms. You will be afforded strong support and guidance as well as the option to take on more responsibility.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Have prior experience of working in a Residential Conveyancing department, either as an Administrator, Secretary, Assistant, Paralegal or other
