Our client is looking for an experienced compliance professional to join the helpdesk. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with client's queries, complaints handling and assisting in the review of financial promotions. Other duties may include reviewing GABRIEL returns, ensuring administration processes are adhered to and providing technical support to other departments.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
In order to be considered, candidates ideally need to have;
- Broad compliance knowledge enabling a range of queries to be dealt with efficiently
- Level 4 Qualified
- Effective administrative skills.
