An excellent opportunity for a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor has arisen to join a fantastic team and be trained by a renowned Partner in the industry. You will be working on a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters including, but not limited to, company share and asset sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts and resolving disputes at Director and Shareholder level.
In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive fantastic benefits including a discretionary bonus and 24 days of holidays (on top of Public Bank holidays).
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- It is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor admitted to the Roll of England & Wales with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in Corporate/Commercial litigation.
- Be able to prioritise your caseload and provide high quality client care.
- Be a commercially minded self-motivated individual with the ability to undertake business development duties by networking effectively.
- This role is also suitable for any candidates who have non-contentious experience in Corporate/Commercial law with an interest in Dispute Resolution.
