Location: West Yorkshire  
Salary: £45,000
Hours: Full-time
We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join a well-established and growing brokerage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring exceptional client care.
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise confidently with underwriters and insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
• Provide expert technical advice to clients on a range of commercial insurance products.
• Work closely with the MD to support and enhance client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Cert CII qualification required; DIP CII preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the broking market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
