Commercial Account Handler
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Good benefits
We are recruiting for a leading Commercial Broking firm in the Swansea area. We are looking to find a commercial insurance professional for a commercial account handler (SME Insurance) role.
This role will be varied, and you will take ownership of your own clients and their annual journey. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a reputable company that will offer support and career progression.
Provide account support to SME insurance clients providing full end to end broking service and managing their annual ad hoc enquiries such as dealing with New Business, Renewals and Mid Term Adjustments.
You must maintain excellent relationships and standards of customer service.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
Insurance Experience is essential ideally within Commercial Insurance as you will be involved with areas such as fleet, property owners, liability and commercial combined packages
Experience within broking would be advantageous
Good Communication, Organisation and Negotiation Skills
Computer literate and knowledge of computerised broking systems desirable
