Location: Office-Based (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (DOE)

The Role
As a Commercial Account Executive (Renewals), you will:

Take full responsibility for a designated portfolio of commercial clients each month

Manage the entire renewal process—reviewing terms, preparing documentation, and handling all client communication

Deliver an exceptional service experience to every client, ensuring strong retention and loyalty

Act as the main point of contact for your clients, managing expectations and providing clear, professional advice

Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met

Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless service and uphold the company’s high standards
What We’re Looking For

Ideally 1–2 years’ experience within commercial insurance (renewals experience beneficial)

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
