Our client, a leading name within financial services, are looking for a Client Support Executive to join their established team.  Based in our client’s offices near Gatwick Airport, you must be passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients and introducers.

You will be responsible for efficiently on-boarding new customers and providing an excellent ongoing service.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments, diary management and processing of client queries and instructions
  • Preparing meeting packs, annual review packs and valuations for client appointments
  • Call management/client contact
  • Managing leads with the Company’s CRM system
  • Accurate and timely client data entry onto internal and third party platforms/systems to specified Service Level Agreements
  • Adherence to Company’s service procedures
  • Ensuring all new business and centralised servicing queries are directed to the relevant team to be processed within set SLAs
  • Ensure documentation is scanned, saved and archived in accordance with department operating procedures
  • General ad hoc duties as required
  • Liaising and working with colleagues to ensure success and operational efficiency and profitability
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.

Ideal applicants must have a minimum of 12 months’ financial services experience. You must have strong IT and communication skills, be highly organised and proactive in finding ways to work efficiently within your role. You must be a good team player who is able to demonstrate initiative. All applicants should be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
