Base circa £45, 000 plus an uncapped bonus scheme, plus car package, benefits. Typical earnings for performing individuals will be a total package of circa £75k+

You will specialise in their well-established Electrical team – but full training on the service will be provided – as long as you are an experienced Sales professional in facilities management – ideally Hard FM – although strong candidates from Soft FM will be considered.
Your remit will be to build relationships with both end users and FM providers in equal measure, and will win business from the likes of: Estates Managers, Facilities Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Finance and Managing Directors and more. Typical clients may be the likes of: CBRE, Integral, Skanska, through to end users such as: Tesco, Ministry Of Defence, County Councils, Rolls Royce, Sainsbury’s, Premier League Football clubs and much more.
Your remit will be both New Business hunting, and existing client Account Management – although as always the ideal candidate is someone who can win their own work to then manage and grow annually. You will be home based – and will manage a patch from Birmingham up to the Scottish borders – encompassing both East and West coasts as well as thriving cities such as Manchester, Leeds etc. You will have a genuine winning mentality and will enjoy working for a business that are progressive and offer genuinely industry leading reward schemes.
