The Opportunity

This is an amazing opportunity for a strong finance lawyer, with expertise LMA documentation, general financing including banking/note programmes etc. 

You will have a very interesting, broad plate of work within a practice that is truly international. The workload will involve primarly loans and financing (mostly LMAs) as well as corporate treasury and fund finance matters, within the wider Structured Finance & Securitisation Group. Any experience with derivatives would be an added bonus. 

The primary need is for a finance and banking lawyer at Senior Associate level who is extremely comfortable and confident dealing with complex, multi jurisdictional loans and LMA documentation. Much of the work is borrower finance so experience on borrower side is needed. 

There is an excellent track given the structure of the team so this will suit anyone who is perhaps in a position where they have hit a ceiling in their current role. 

Requirements:

– Must be England & Wales qualified
– 4-8PQE
– Experience particularly in loans/LMAs. 
– Fund finance and derivatives would be a bonus
– Strong academics
– Completed a training contract with a reputable international law firm
