Role Overview:
International law firm as an opportunity to join their Financial Markets and Products group, where our banking lawyers advise on a diverse range of international and domestic finance transactions. Seeking a skilled English law expert with a focus on lending transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transactions, ensuring timely delivery.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support their professional growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with corporate and real estate teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• 10 years+ PQE with significant experience in transactional banking.
• Strong academic background and legal drafting skills.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Confident and professional presentation.
