Associate/Senior Associate – Commercial Property

Associate/Senior Associate opportunity with Commercial Property has become available within the Manchester office of a firm which has national coverage.

Working within an established team which provides services to residential developers of all sizes from large corporates to SMEs.

The role presents both technical and client management aspects to your day to day work and you would have the support of a large team of experts to assist you.

Skills and experience required:

• Qualified Associate or Senior Associate with at least four years PQE
• Commercial property experience is essential
• Housebuilding experience would be beneficial
• Strong technical skills
• Good communication and client presentation skills
• Collaborative team working ethic
