Assistant Commercial Account Handler
An established insurance brokerage in the Malvern area who offer specialist insurance products to a niche and interesting client bank are looking for an assistant account handler to join their team.
They have shown year on year growth and look to advance their staff and their careers with a clear career path on offer.
You will be trained up on the internal systems and procedures and handle your own caseload of commercial clients, assiting the handlers when needed.
You will maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, ensuring work is carried out with accuracy, confidentiality and deadlines are meet.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Insurance/customer service experience
- Preferable from a commercial or personal lines insurance background
- Good organisation and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
