Role: Administration Team Leader
Location: West End, London
Salary: £45,000, flexible depending on experience
A well-established, Independent Financial Advisory firm in the West End has opened up a brand new position within the team for someone to work alongside the Head of Division in a Team Leader capacity to support 4 Administrators.
They are looking for a confident individual with lots of experience as an IFA Administrator (or similar) and ideally experience as a Team Leader, Team Manager, Senior Administrator to bring valuable experience and ideas to the business.
Due to the nature of this being a newly created role, the candidate can make the position “their own” and make an impact on the way the current team are supported.

What’s needed to be considered
In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have –
- Previous Administration experience, ideally within an leadership role in an IFA or Wealth Management practice (i.e. Senior Administrator, Team Leader or Manager)
- Strong knowledge of the full Administration process for clients, and experience working alongside Financial Advisers
- Financial Services qualifications are desirable
