We are currently support a client in recruiting for an account handler to support their key clients property and insurance portfolio.
- Working closely with the client to understand their needs and identify the most effective cover.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date and presented clearly ahead of renewal meetings.
- Deliver great customer service by responding quickly to queries and concerns, by telephone, email or letter.
- Ensure that all compliance is in line with regulatory framework.
