Our Client is looking for an individual who is experienced in 2nd Line Support and wants to implement more field-based support as well as office-based support. This role will see the successful candidate working between multiple client and customer sites within the London area. You will be an escalation point for their customers that couldn’t get their request resolved at Tier 1, this will mean meeting the service level agreements via support lines, live chats and online self-service portals.

- Office 365, Exchange and Azure.
- Active Directory.
- Virtualisation software.
