Introducing Heat Recruitments New HR department

With our continued growth plans, we are extremely excited to announce our newly launched HR department within all our divisions. We believe that this is a fantastic new opportunity not only for us as a company but mainly for our clients and candidates as we can continue to offer and expand within our verticals, bringing in expert knowledge and experience.
With our newly launched division, we are proud to introduce Beatrice Pettifor, who will be setting up the HR desk at Heat Recruitment. We caught up with Beatrice to find out a little more about her and the plans that she has got in store.
What attracted you to Heat?
It was clear from the start that Heat had a real emphasis on hiring good talent to the team, rather than focussing on tick box requirements. From my first introduction, each member of the team came across as approachable, friendly and professional. This has definitely been proven as true, having started at Heat.
What are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to leading the HR desk at Heat and growing the business in this complex, essential area. Creating strong, consultative relationships with existing and new clients across all specialisms and across the country. I am looking forward to connecting with the top talent in HR whether it be HR generalists, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Organisation Development or similar.
Explain a little about yourself
I have 5 years of experience in HR. In this time, I have gained a wealth of market insight, enabling me to consult and advise clients on specialist roles, and efficiently source quality candidates. I put an emphasis on cultural and personality fits. This is vital for the candidate and client as these hires are the ones that last.
