A flying start to the year at Heat

After a year that included numerous awards, a significant increase in headcount, a new website, a re-brand and a 40% increase to turnover, 2017 has a lot to live up to.
But, in typical Heat Recruitment fashion 2017 has started the same way 2016 finished!
The phones haven’t stopped ringing and the job orders keep rolling in. We have already seen a 33% increase in the number of jobs we have registered in January 2017 compared to January 2016. Furthermore, we have registered thousands of new candidates eager to find new jobs in the Legal, Insurance, Financial Services, Accountancy and IT sectors.
We have already helped hundreds of candidates find their dream roles in 2017 and the pace continues to increase!

Clients and Candidates alike, have regularly commented over recent weeks how the journey from inception to placement is well managed and ensures the #perfectfit. Clearly our training and our processes are working which is great to hear, and the office atmosphere is vibrant.

Our Training Academy underwent a significant evolution over the Christmas period and we now feel that it fully equips Trainees with all the recruitment tools needed to make the first 6 months in the industry a success. It’s vital our candidates and clients enjoy the best possible service, and our training now involves more role plays, more on the job training and with the help of a highly experienced external trainer. We ensure each and every new starters has learnt exactly what is needed to deliver the service levels we demand of ourselves, and what it takes to be a successful specialist recruitment consultant.
