IFA Administrator – Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Edinburgh | Hybrid working available
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking wealth management firm in Edinburgh?
We’re partnering with a well-established financial planning practice that’s seeking a professional and proactive IFA Administrator to support their growing team.
? Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners

Prepare and process new business, valuations, and client documentation

Liaise with clients and providers to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate client records and keep systems up to date

Assist with compliance and day-to-day office operations
? About You:

Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment

Good understanding of financial products and processes

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with excellent client service skills

Working towards or open to studying financial services qualifications (desirable)
